Mail: Orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. Shipping and handling: $4.50 for the first book and 50 cents for each additional book. Delivery: 3–4 weeks or call to request rush delivery charges. Credit card orders: list your name as it appears on the card, your card number, the security code on the back, and the expiration date.
